Books and doesn't do the job when car is there. Acts like a pouty manchild when questioned about not fulfilling booked appointment. Only game in town but was nice enough to offer directions to the city.
*edit Since I see a response about the way I entered a business I'll respond. Thursday was the booked appointment that nothing got done, Friday was the "I'll try to get you in if possible day".I walked in and asked why you didn't stick to your booking appointments, that's all. Then I asked if you would actually stick to the new booked appointment. I've been running a repeat customer based business successfully in this area for almost 20 years and I've never booked something unless I'm positive it will get done, if I'm too busy I politely tell them that I won't be able to make it so that they have a chance to get looked after. I must've missed the part about the referral all I heard was the city is that way.

Went in thinking I needed a new amp, told him to install a new one, called me back saying my issue wasn't amp related and was a speaker problem. Bought proper parts and fixed, went back for tint, tint looks great not a hick up. Happy with the service and final product.

Had my setup already installed i was having tuning issues with my 2 10inch jl audio w0 v3s and hertz 6x9 speakers and craig the owner was busy but was still more than happy to actually take the time to tune my sound system the way it needed to be. He was busy and still was more than happy to take the time, and turned out amazing. Now my system is all setup perfectly! Big thanks to him!!!!!
