I’ve been a loyal customer for the past three years and initially had an amazing experience with a male stylist around June. He did an excellent job and I was charged $50, which I thought was fair. However, when I returned after a vacation, I specifically requested not to be assigned a female stylist I had previously had a bad experience with. Despite this, they still gave me her, claiming they hadn’t put my preferred stylist in the system.
To make matters worse, what should have been a simple 45-minute appointment took three hours, and I was charged double for the same service I always get! When I raised this with the front desk, everyone acted shocked, but I’m starting to wonder if this is intentional. I’ve now requested to have this stylist removed from my profile, but the whole situation has left me questioning their professionalism and communication.
How is the stylist that was amazing and his prices are amazing wasn’t put in the system 🤔
This has seriously impacted my trust in their services, and I’m not sure I’ll be coming back.

Horrible customer service
Always check your receipt first before leaving or if you are booked as a couple make sure you pay separately because you will not get your discounts as promised. Customer service at the front desk Megan and Mackenzie are not very helpful, very rude, liars and making so much excuses. After telling me that I will get the refund and will call me back they are just waiting for their DM, a day after they told me that they are not giving it to me as their policy. So they make mistakes and yet I get charged for regular price. Horrible customer service.

Lemy is an excellent hairstylist but customer service is horrible.

If there was an option to give zero stars, that’s where I would’ve started. After getting my hair done on Mother’s Day, I left with the impression that my hair would lighten overtime as the toner would faded with a few washes! Well, that wasn’t the case, I called yesterday, Thursday, May 16 and let the receptionist know that I was unhappy with the outcome of my hair and then she proceeded to tell me that I would have to wait until next session to have it lightened. After spending $250 you would think they would be willing to fix my hair! Very disappointing.

Stylist did not listen when I told her the bottom part of my hair was previously bleached. She used the same volume on the entire hair length. My hair was past the middle of my back agreeing we would take two inches off for hair cut. As she was brushing it out I could see the blonde streaks stretching and snapping, and ended up cutting 3 more inches off with out texturizing the ends. When I tried pointing it out she said no it’s fine.
Today I went to COBIA salon, because my hair was so badly damaged we could only do. A root touch up and highlights on the growth.I have breakage all through my hair. The Stylist at COBIA listened to my previous colours and even fixed the hair cut by the previous stylist as it was longer on one side and because it was not texturizing it was difficult to brush through. She was awesome took her time and amazing scalp massage.
Also it cost me 230$ at COBIA, chatters was 380$. I will never step foot in a Chatters again.
My advice go to COBIA! They actually listen to you, and do an amazing job!

I came in for a cut and hair treatment. My stylist was knowledgeable about which treatment would best suit my desired results. He was friendly and respected my desire to have a more silent service as I was really tired. Very happy with the cut and treatment.

I got my hair colored and styled (different days) and It was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I walked in, I felt incredibly welcomed. The staff was exceptionally accommodating and went out of their way to make me comfortable. Shout out to Bev and I forgot the other stylists name (sorry lol). They even set up a privacy screen without any hesitation. Overall, a top-notch salon with a warm and attentive atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I prefer not to give reviews if I have nothing good to say but my previous experiences with Chatters have been so disappointing. Their service has gone down but the prices keep increasing. The hairdressers are nice and amazing but the people at the desk are often confrontational. I hope things can improve.

Had a treatment with Helen...my hair is fabulous...soft, volumnious and rich!! And shouldn't we talk colour? Soooo natural!! Thank you for the great scalp massage too!!
