Dave is professional, skilled, informative and an all around lovely man. He has had many years to hone his specialty and is happy to share his knowledge with you. Master Sharpener Sherring is not only a skilled honer of cutting edges, but is a deeply knowledgeable metallurgist who clearly explains the how's and why's of refining your cutting strokes. A most valuable resource to have in our local Garden of Eden with Alberta Grain-fed abounding. Thank you, Sir, for making our food-preparation seances spiritual again! Dave's services are absolutely incredible, from the customer service to the quality of the edge on my knives. I'd never enjoyed chopping veggies so much! He even gave me a tutorial on how to use a honing rod to keep the edge sharp. Overall the best customer experience I have ever had.

I had a wonderful experience with Dave at Chef's Edge, he was quick to pick up my knives from the time I called to inquire, extremely knowledgeable, affordable & had them back to me in less than 24 hours. As well, afterwards I received a hand written Thank-You card in the mail, such a nice gesture to show how important customer service is to Dave. I can't believe how sharp my knives are, knives that used to be so dull are professional quality now. I already have & will be highly recommending Chef's Edge to everyone I know!

Amazing! Dave was very quick to respond and was able to sharpen our knives on short notice for Christmas - he even picked them up and dropped them back off. Very good price, and high quality sharpening! Great experience and would highly recommend Chef's Edge!
