Our experience with Cherry Creek has been phenomenal. We purchased a home in Kimberley in 2018 and have been renting it out since then with Cherry Creek. Val (owner) oversaw renovations for us when we bought it, she has dealt with emergencies (like a failed heater in winter) in an above-and-beyond fashion, and has always exceeded our expectations. I am honestly floored by the service we have received with Cherry Creek and would recommend them to anyone.

I have been renting with Cherry Creek for over a year now, and it has been great from day one. Val helped me secure a home for myself and my family from 12hours away, working with every question and decision change professionally - she even came to meet me after hours when I finally made it to Cranbrook. Carly has been a pleasure as well - from accomodating my schedule for necessary landlord entry, to having concerns with my aging patio (it was addressed and completely rebuilt as soon as weather permitted). 5 stars!

My husband and I live in Kelowna and purchased an investment property, sight unseen, two years ago. We were in need of a great property manager and our Real Estate Agent recommended Val at Cherry Creek. Although, to this day, we have still never met Val in person, as experienced investors we have been very impressed with the level of service and quality of management she has been providing for us. I saw a Kimberley apartment online that I so liked
But what to do it was Easter weekend I was leaving the area on Easter Monday
Everyone had made Easter plans and that is right
But I felt this small apartment was for me
The third person I contacted was Val K from Cherry Creek Property Services
Asking Val if she could show me the place on Easter Sunday and expecting a No as an answer
Val said yes (hooray) she would meet and show my partner and I two places for sale in this building for sale .
My gut was right I loved the place and had all
Kinds of questions and concerns about buying a home when I was living outside of the Interior , Val answered every question and more .
From that weekend until the day I took possession June 9 , I believe Val went over and above the duties she took on .
I will forever be grateful for Val’s kindness , skill , and humour throughout the biggest
Purchase of my life
My purchase was a one bedroom townhouse ,Val did not make a huge
commission from me , but what she did do was become a lady who I trust and respect who I know I can ask any question about
Kimberley or my townhouse or even what wine to buy

My story is a bit different but no less relevant perhaps. I will tell it as it is.
Rented a place through them, initially told it was NOT for sale by owner(the entire series of subsequent conversations were a lie,as I've now learned)
Signed a one year lease,went up for sale 3 months later.
The interesting part; The person I dealt with was worried about the condition of the baseboards,holes in the wall,etc...
Yet the house is basically an moldy ice box covered in carefully placed paint.
This isn't how you operate a reputable company with "hundreds" of properties..
This is how you turn outspoken and brutally honest people against you.

Do not do business with this company! They are thieves, stealing renters' deposits. They are the worst, and most offensive, leasing agency I have ever encountered. One agent, Krista Moody, is a pure psychopath. She is insulting, immature, and so completely unprofessional that she is a liability to the company she represents! If she doesn't get her way, she goes out of her way to destroy any semblance of a respectful relationship with renters. She is also a menace to her community. She threatens others if she doesn't like their opinions about "her" rental properties! She is truly evil and scary, and belongs locked up in a sanitarium! Stay away from this company. Moody rules over them like a dictator, and they are fools for allowing her to do so.

There has been work going on in my complex since I moved in. The contractors that they hired are extremely unprofessionyal. They blare music which is not only disruptive to residents but a worksafe violation as it impedes their ability to hear what’s going on around them. I’ve been forced to listen to constant cursing and when I asked the contractors to please keep their swearing to a minimum, they responded with sarcasm and rudeness and immediately began swearing again. When I brought it up to the site manager she brushed off their rude behaviour to that’s just how contractors act and they are under pressure to get the job done. I was also told to not address any issues to the contractors. When I brought it up to the property manager I was ignored completely. I pay a mortgage for the complex I live in as well as condo fees and expect the people that I pay to act with more courtesy, professionalism and safe work practices than that. All I wanted was a simple apology for the guy being rude and to exercise safe work practices.
