After several calls we finally were able to speak to someone. The Realtor showed up, ran through the house as fast as she could. She left saying she would do some paperwork and call back after the weekend. Over a week later she sent a text say the property was too far away for her. (She was previously aware that it was a rural property along a major highway) Poor service and definitely poor follow up! The company assigned this agent but did not even offer a different agent that was willing to travel out of the city? And its not really 1%! You must have a very expensive property to get this price and if another agent from MLS gets involved be prepared to pay more! One percent effort from this company... you get what you pay for!!!
