While we had an appointment, the teller didn't seem to know what she was doing nor knew the protocols for a student opening an account. Was told it should only take 5 minutes if we set it all up online, which we did but were there for over an hour.

I had a very rude teller last week I am shocked and will be calling the branch to make a formal complaint. I will also be looking into opening with another bank. This is not how you treat someone who banks with you.

I wanted to change my branch to the one in Grand forks, the lady told me to go do it online. Even though they had a bunch of staff and obviously a manager in no one could open a new bank account and transfer my information? While I was doing that the gentleman beside me was worried because someone got into the bank system and changed his information. They were trying to call him a liar saying that he did it and just gave him phone numbers to call instead of helping him telling him to calm down. I'll be switching bank after 25 years with CIBC this is not acceptable.

Waiting almost a month to receive replacement credit card. Been told 3 times it’s lost in the mail still waiting, 4th. One is now in the mail.

Lost $800 on an atm deposit here... Staff here aren't helpful at all, they just give you a phone number to call and sit on hold. Can you please help me cibc....
