I have been dealing with Coldwell since I moved to Strathmore over 21 years ago. This is my first review as I never like taking the time to do them.
But the place and all the people that work there deserve a little extra time from me. I would like to tell them that they have done a fantastic job throughout the years in all facets of a quality business and costumer service, often greatly exceeding my expectations. They people there have been extremely pleasant to deal with, every time without exception. They have never let me down and I know I can rely on them to get things done right and fast, and at the lowest cost to me!

Caldwell Insurance has really helped us out! When one other broker quoted my monthly payment and then changed it after I signed my contract Caldwell was able to use their knowledge to keep us within budge. I always deal with Samantha and she is very friendly and has paperwork ready for me in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend them.

I gave the wrong review, I confused Coldwell with Goldkey... Coldwell will never get our business, they were the worst we delt with in Strathmore, think being independent brokers theyd have room to work, there bid came in 1000 more then any other broker in Strathmore, want a broker who honestly tries to help go to Goldkey

Don't waste your time with this agency. Over 10 years with them and they would not go to bat with insurance company over a flood claim, and they also were unwilling to admit their mistake of not insuring one of my vehicles with the coverage I requested.
