I really enjoyed my time renting from Companion property management. The apartment was well-managed, neat and in good shape. I only moved out because I needed a larger space. Zachary was pleasant and kind as a landlord. I especially liked how quickly he stepped in to resolve even the smallest issues. I will definitely rent from them again if I’m looking for a new place.

There is not enough praise I could possibly extend to Companion Property Management!

I bought my property as a rental investment but soon discovered, I did not have the knowledge nor time required to be a proper landlord. Because of this, to manage my own property had become too stressful and I contemplated selling. Then I heard of Companion Property Management and decided to give them a call. Making that call was the best move I could have made. They are knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and thorough with every aspect of property management.
