Love, love, love Connection Inc. There are many CRM vendors out there with varying levels of features and support, and Connection is miles ahead of the many I've looked at... definitely the most complete in features, but ESPECIALLY for support! My onboarding specialist was Petra and, in addition to just being a really cool person, she was very helpful in getting my more advanced questions answered by the right people, right away. I highly recommend!

I cannot adequately describe the appreciation I have for Connection Incorporated and Tamra in particular. She literally took a technological Luddite into the 21st Century. Her patience was amazing. Becoming a user of their CRM was the best investment I could have made. My only regret is that I can't give Tamra the 10 Star rating she deserves.

Adrian was very helpful in helping me set up my Loan Officer CRM AI. I really appreciated his very friendly personality, his knowledge and how helpful he was. He got me up and running and also was a great teacher of the CRM so that i can now efficiently use.

Petra is AMAZING!!! She helped me with onboarding with my new CRM system. Love it... Love the workflow... excited to expand my network! She helped me answer questions and navigate through the system. I tend to jump from on thing or click on something too fast... she was able to tell me to slow down and we GOT IT DONE! Thanks so much for all your help.
