I’d give zero stars if that were an option. They ruined the first set of school photos, refuse to communicate on how to order individual photos and want to charge an exorbitant amount for packages. I’d need to pay $120 to get the 4 pictures I want. Going forward I’ll be keeping my children home on school picture day. Wish they had never switched companies, at least the old one was professional.
