Absolute disappointing, I had ding in my truck, insurance sends me to Carstar. Carstar told the Co-operaters it be 3400 to fix. Co-operators did not take pic so they want along with Carstar. Jonathan Xavier Total Loss Appraiser (call me, and right away starts (your truck is a right off, that they will pay me out tow it and crush it) and no decussion of other possibilities. And now he tells me that if i refuse to sell my truck to them, they will brand my truck so i will not be able to drive on the road. Disgusting behavior. Using scare tactics
