We have received outstanding service from this location: in particular, from Hannah Mc Edwards and Cathy Smith. Having dealt in customer service - as an employee, manager and as a client - I can say with certainty that both associates have provided excellent customer service.

Over the many times we've approached Hannah with varied investment questions or related issues, she has been pleasant, approachable and has provided excellent resources and information for us. If she doesn't have an answer immediately, she finds it and is diligent to get back to us within a short time frame.

We'll definitely be referring this agency, both for insurance and investments needs.

As first time home buyers, navigating everything from home owners insurance to life insurance she helped us every step of the way get things done in an extremely timely manner given we had a quick closing and all under covid issues as well!! Explaining things we weren't understanding, helping us decide on the right fit for us, financially as well as required. I simply love this woman and will continue to deal with her from here on out as long as she's working!!
