Used Copper Valley for the first time. We got home from holidays during a heatwave to find out our AC was not working. I called and was told likely a few days before they could come out (understandably) but a couple hours later they called back with availability that day. They diagnosed my issue and ordered parts right away. We survived the intense heat and they came back to fix it up. Realized he made an error in his diagnosis and discounted our bill. Great communication, great service, arrived on time and was determined to get the problem fixed. We will for sure call them in the future if we need anything.

We called and had to rebook several appointments with Copper Valley front desk and their service technicians for a routine call. They showed up once to assess the problem and said they would be back after looking into parts. After more calls and follow up, we eventually had to take our business outside of town.

I am very happy with the service provided. I have used Copper Valley Mechanic on a few occasions and although they can be hard to get ahold of at times, when they do get the job done they do it well. I will be using their services again in the future.

Plumbing repair and new kitchen sink installation. All the work was done well by Hugo and I valued the responsive communication with Brian during both jobs. We live out of town at our cabin so it's very helpful to have a prepared contractor come out to do the work. We are very satisfied.
