From my experience overseeing the work with Corland Contracting, his crew and sub-trades, they were very professional and are highly recommended. Everyone I dealt with on this interior renovation to upgrade a townhouse unit to a modern barrier free accessible unit were all concern with providing their best quality workmanship and they took pride of ownership for their work. Mike was very good at scheduling and organizing this project and the site was kept uncluttered and clean during the renovation. This project could not have been more complex touching on so many different aspects of construction; demolition, exterior siding, enlarging entry door to accommodate a new automatic opening barrier free door, breaking concrete floors, framing new interior walls, all new plumbing and electrical, new specialty kitchen with built in appliances, new bathroom with barrier free shower, laundry room with accessible shelving and closet rods, interior doors including sliding door, in-floor heating, new flooring, new interior gypsum board and all finishing including trim and painting. I was very pleased with the outcome of this construction project and the exceptional service provided by Corland Contracting. Keep up the good work guys!

I highly recommend Mike for any job. Super personable, professional and quality work.

Dealing with Mike (owner/operator) was a great overall experience! A quote with a realistic timeline was given. The quote clearly detailed the scope of work to be completed by Corland Contracting and what was expected from me(owner). The job was completed on time and with no “surprise fees”. Mike and his crew did an awesome job of taking out my spiral staircase and making me new normal stairs...my friends and family think it looks fabulous..so do I..prompt,courteous..even my dogs fell in love with them..I am thoroughly blessed and thrilled to have met and worked with such a great crew!!
