While the customer service initially seemed helpful and responsive, my experience took a frustrating turn. We were in the middle of resolving an issue, and after agreeing to call back within a few minutes (as they said they would be available), the representative stopped answering. Despite their friendly tone, it was disappointing that they didn’t follow through, which left us without resolution and feeling ignored. This was particularly frustrating because they are closed tomorrow, and I urgently needed insurance today. They were the only company open in Prince Albert, leaving me in a difficult spot. I ended up having to call a company in Saskatoon, which thankfully provided excellent service and saved the day.
