Great experience with Mike and his crew. Very accommodating and patient. We didn't know exactly what we wanted and he had great ideas for our vision to become reality. They also answered all of our many questions. I waited a winter before leaving a review to see how it held up and aside from the expected cracks (nicely along the relief lines) it is great! We are in LOVE with our patio!

I and my neighbor have hired Mike and his team for new side by side driveways. This company did a very poor quality job, poor workmanship, and took no responsibility for the bad result. The two driveways were installed in September 2021 and by March 2022 one driveway lifted and cracked in half for half the length and the topping on both driveways have completely crumbled. His work on these driveways is a total embarrassment. Mike was called back to explain and his blame was on "salt and frost damage". I have ensured him that that was not the case, as we were extremally cautions and gentle with both driveways for the first winter, we did not use any de-icing salts and cars were rarely left on the driveways. He kept on going to blame the "city road salts" which sounded ridiculous. There were other driveways installed on our street at the same time by different contractor and those were perfectly intact by spring!!! He did offer to resurface both driveways and after being called numerous times, he ended up only PATCHING my neighbor's driveway in summer of 2022 and never returned to do mine. His lack of care to follow through to "resurface" my side ended up to be a good thing for me because, unfortunately my neighbor's side now is more damaged than before and all the patching came off extending the original damage even further!! Just like my neighbor's review: "Because of the owner's inexplicable abandonment of any responsibility towards good workmanship, I can not recommend this company to anyone. If you are involved with this company, I can only recommend you run far away, very fast."

Had a complete back yard redo. The team came out and poured colored and stamped concrete, a brushed concrete walkway and landscape rock with a flower bed. We are beyond happy with the work hat was done and would have them back again if we ever need. Great job guys!

The experience I had with Mike and his company was exceptionable . Their expertise and workmanship was second to none and my wife and I are pleased with the entire experience. I would and will recommend Creativeman Ltd. for any project
One may require need or want. For us they did a large patio sidewalk and an entire new front lawn.

Mike and his team did an exceptional job landscaping our backyard. We needed some grading & retaining wall work done at the back of our home, Mike came up with a proposal that solved our problems and doubled the size of our deck which made it look a lot better. Definitely a creative man. The cost was reasonable and the quality of the materials and the workers performance was excellent . This is one of my first projects with Mike from CreativeMan, they did pour a concrete slab on grade for me, on a 8plex apartment building in Fort Saskatchewan. Great contractor and team to work with, very professional correspondence, good quality product and a competitive price. I can highly recommend Mike and his crew.

I have dealt with a number of good contractors over the years - this was not one of them. Poor quality, poor workmanship, and a contractor that apparently could not care less. The owner declined to take any responsibility for the poor driveway result. The "new" driveway installed is an embarrassment. The concrete is of such a poor finished quality, the topping has completely crumbled. Because of the owner's inexplicable abandonment of any responsibility towards good workmanship, I can not recommend this company to anyone. If you are involved with this company, I can only recommend you run far away, very fast.
