I am the owner of Westshore Jewelry. Kelsey at crush media was paid $10,000 in November 2024 to rebuild our website make it more effective and make more sales

Prior to this on the website that I built myself using Wix We were getting consistent weekly and as we got closer to the holidays, multi weekly sales.

It is now July 2025 And we have not had one single sale on our site. When we were done in addition to the $10,000 I paid him to build this he was looking for a 1500 Per month maintenance fee, which I didn’t think was appropriate because we hadn’t had any sales yet. Maybe that’s why?

The site I built myself was bringing inconsistent revenue, and cost me nothing to do. The site that I paid out the nose for looks better, but what does that matter when it cost so much and has returned an absolute goose egg zero nothing.

.. I would not recommend this place. I would not recommend working with these guys. I would recommend you find someone perhaps that knows what they’re doing.

I was recommended Kelsey from the web developer that works for Pacific FC in Langford. Then after followed up and tried to sell me advertising space on their video board

Seems like a bunch of bullshit to me. I wish I had never heard of either of them

Crush media is the best! We have been working with them for a couple of years now. Not only do they make every in-person experience so pleasant, but they also go above and beyond with their services. They can print/embroider anything we want, and even recommend products to us. They keep our media and logos on file so that they can make branded content whenever we need. They track packages for us and reach out to our various branch managers whenever they notice an issue with the delivery, and they keep all of our branch contacts on file as well. I hand them loose products of all shapes and sizes for delivery and they package them safely and effectively, I don't have to lift a finger. They never fail to send over the Waybills for our packages so that we have the tracking immediately. They are flexible with billing, and they hardly ever let me carry my own boxes to my car. Crush always lets us know when our orders are ready for pickup, and never hesitate to deliver.

My business has worked with Crush for a few years now and after working with a ton of different print shops I can confidently say this is the best you're going to find!! Their prices are competitive and they're extremely quick and accommodating even when we have last minute requests. They also allow us to pick up orders whenever we can and ship wherever we need them to. Can't recommend this place enough!

It's obvious that this establishment does not have any desire to be a FedEx pick up/drop off location. I'm uncertain why they are in the first place when it's clear, by several reviews, it's the last thing they want to be dealing with.
FedEx did not deliver my package to my home despite me being home so we were told to pick it up at this location. I called to confirm things and the person on the phone was rather abrupt and rude.
My experience was fair, as the one employee working was helpful and polite. There was a rather unnecessary argument between the owner and another employee while we waited for our package.

I hope I don't have to pick up future packages there.

And in response to the owner comment: No, I wasn't upset about having to pick up a package. You made me and my husband feel very uncomfortable being there as you berated your employees in front of us. Take some ownership for your unprofessionalism.

I was there to pick up an online order delivered by FedEx. The front counter staff was friendly and very patient. They offer printing services including 3-D printing as well.

Apple, the shipper for my package, did not include a tracking number in their order email. However, I was able to go through Apple‘s telephone service to get the tracking number. As it states in the other reviews and comments this place does not have the ability to get your tracking number for FedEx. Before going there please make sure to have your Fedex tracking number with you as that is the most efficient and best way to pick up your package.

If you don’t have a tracking number, don’t melt down at the counter like a baby or leave poor Google reviews for the place. Just have the tracking number with you.
