DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO DARV’S AUTO SHOP – THEY WILL RUIN IT

This place is an absolute joke. I brought my car in for repairs, and when I got it back, it had a scratch on the front bumper THEY JUST FIXED. As if that wasn’t bad enough, my windshield was scratched beyond belief. How do you even manage to scratch a windshield like that? My car is practically brand new, and I’ve never used anything other than my sleeve to clear snow.

When I confronted them about the damage, they refused to take any responsibility. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they gave me some pathetic excuse about it being “against their policy” and claimed their employees didn’t do it. Of course, they’d deny it—no one wants to admit they screwed up.

I tried to fix the scratches myself with cerium oxide, but the damage is way too deep. These people have no clue what they’re doing. Their work is sloppy, their attention to detail is nonexistent, and they clearly don’t care about their customers’ property.

If you value your car, take it ANYWHERE else. This place doesn’t deserve your business. They’ll mess up your vehicle and then act like it’s your problem. Total disrespect for their customers. UPDATE COUPLE DAYS LATER found out my windshield is 2k talk to both shop foreman and Neil both aren’t taking responsibility. Neil when I brought up bringing it to the higher ups then said “do what u gotta do”… real mature way of handling it.

I always go to darv’s been there 2 times over the many years I have had fender bender accidents needing fixing. They have both involved a light replacement and have always fit in perfectly. They are always a friendly crew, very knowledgeable in insurance claim repair. Great place to take your vehicle!! Appreciate them dearly 😊👍❤️

Over the past 8 years I’ve had the misfortune of being in two separate accidents. Both times I took it to Darv’s. The first time it was on the recommendation of a family member, the second time because of the great service I had received the first time. The staff there are friendly and professional, and the work they do is great. My truck was fixed up right, and was clean and tidy when I picked it up. Even the inside had been cleaned. It wasn’t a full detail of course, but they took the time to return my vehicle to me in better shape than they had received it, which I greatly appreciated. The autobody work was perfect, like it had never seen a scratch.
I’m very pleased with their work and wouldn’t hesitate to refer anyone who needs work done on their vehicle to take to Neil and his staff at Darv’s Autobody.

Darvs staff are incredible. There work is amazing. When they say you will have your vehicle back when they say they will you get it back. They even go out of there way to wash your vehicle too. I definitely recommend Darvs to anyone needing body work done. Will be taking my vehicle back to them if needed. I had quite a few repairs required on my truck. Right from the start, the customer service and communication was excellent. They kept in communication with me throughout the repairs. Once the truck was done, there was a slight issue with the passenger door. The staff was very accommodating in correcting the issue. Friendly staff, great customer service, and excellent repairs. I will be using Darv's in the future.
