We had Dalmac install a window decal for our business. The first decal had a couple scratches, unfortunately, and we asked them to take care of that. After attempting to fix the scratches by patching the area, we agreed that it wouldn't work because the patch was as visible as the original scratch, so they quickly agreed to replace the whole decal, which was quite large. I really appreciate how quickly they agreed to replace the decal with absolutely no pushback and they fully replaced it in less than a week. We had a great experience despite the flaw in the original decal because of how they stood behind their work, gave no resistance to correcting the issue, and replaced it with minimal turnaround. Thanks!
