Horrible liars. One person say you have to be 18 orhers say you dont. You ask them to call on their way, they dont. Then wont deliver med equipment that is needed because an adult wasnt home. If they would have just called someone would have been there. So had to wait a another day to get med equipment. So sat at the house for 3hrs missing work. And guess who calls today. The going to try and justify him not exchanging yesterday. If i had a choice I WOULD NEVER CHOOSE THIS SERVICE FOR DELIVERY

A delivery was scheduled for 19:02. At about 19:30 a call was made and answered by a Dash representative who stated that the driver was on the way without any other stops scheduled. Based on the location, the driver was due to arrive in about 20 minutes which was one hour later than the 90 minute service paid for. At 19:51 I began calling the Charleston Dash office to check on the status of the delivery. Over 25 attempts were made to speak with a person as to the status of the delivery. After over 30 minutes of constant dialing my call was finally picked up. So 1 and 1/2 hour AFTER the scheduled deliver time, I was informed the driver was still 20 minutes out. Unbelievable!!!! and still waiting.

So the delivery finally arrived almost 2 hours late. This is the second late delivery within the past few weeks. The representative was unhelpful and the inability to speak with someone inexcusable.

I have friend for used their service today. This person lives all the way in Alaska. They came through for my friend. So hats off to this company!
