I would highly recommend Doug and his team if you have any vehicle issues. He is trustworthy, fair and their service is always quality. We had an issue with my son’s van and were quoted over $6000 at another shop for what seemed to be a laundry list of extras. Doug was honest and fair and we got all of the repairs we needed for around $2000
I won’t take my vehicles anywhere but DND now

About a week ago my car was stalling randomly. I called DND to see when I could get in and he told me that he didn’t want me to risk getting stuck on the highway so I should head in right away. He checked out the car that day and made arrangements for me to come in as early as he could see me. He was so fair about prices and nonjudgmental. He saved me thousands in comparison to what another company was going to charge me. My car is doing so much better now and I’m so grateful. I will always book back here. Own a VW and have had issues with it basically just stalling at random intervals. No one could fix this damn car and I spent honesty thousands to have someone diagnose the issue (not even fix it, just figure out why - not even the dealership). Well they did (cam shaft censor that should have produced a code) and it has been running great since. 100% would recommend this business. They helped me so much!

Took my truck to OE motors and was told I need a new differential, 700$ labor + price of differential. Noticed DND drivetrain was next to them on google so I gave them a call to see how much for a rebuild. Talked to Doug and he said that they would need to take a look first to give me a quote and that it’s free of charge, so I went over there and got the key from OE motors and gave it to them. Next day got quoted 1500-1600 to change the 3 bearings, so I declined as that was more expensive then it was worth, so their free quote turned $120 for parts and labor. When I questioned them about it, I was told that “the diagnostic total is only free for those that get the work done with them”. Did not attempt to make that clear over the phone whatsoever, very disappointed that it was handled this way, wouldn’t have had an issue if they just charged me for the new oil they put in after taking a look, but they made sure to add the half hour labor for the quote to the bill too.

Save yourself the annoyance and take your vehicle somewhere in Edmonton

Was stranded in Edmonton with a transmission problem. Doug went above and beyond to get my car back operational before a weekend. Not local to Leduc/Edmonton but would strongly recommend for service. I expected to be stranded and it's near miraculous that Doug had me on my way same day.
