I do not recommend this company. First of all, I should have seen the warning signs when he called me twice after 10pm. I sent him photos of outside of my house and inside, showing him my problem that I had. I have no knowledge of drywalls/foundations. After he looked at my photos, he gave me a price of 500$. He asked questions, such as if the wall is solid when you knock on it, I told him that it was not. If he thought this was not a foundation issue, he should have advised me. After 125$ deposit he took the job. His worker was actually helpful, he showed up & told me that is not a foundation issue. Most businesses would not even ask to charge me anything at this point, this guy right away said he will not give me my deposit back. Very unreasonable...I am reasonable, I would have easily settled on 60$ to be fair, but 125$ for someone to drive to your house, when on their website it even says "Free Estimates". After some back and forth, he decided to return 45$ to me. I guess it is only fair I give an extra star for that.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience!!! Im military and just after i get back from a deployment, the day after a rainfall, he told me to wait a week whilst there was yet another high level of rain coming! He told me go out and yet buy another pump to wait for him because of lack of conveniemce for him. My basment was flooded due to a lack of a sump pump installation via this company. The previous owners of my home had to get him to come over peior to purchasing, i got him to yet replace another sump pump and then the 3rd is already giving out a few months later. He didnt even install a simple check valve for backward water flow, thus making the pump spin backwards after discharging the water! Im thousands of dollars out because of this company, ATROCIOUS! do NOT, i repeat, DO NOT get this company!!
