Colleen went above & beyond for me, while I was looking for my first house. The other reviews are consistent with my experience with her. She is genuine, personable, & hardworking, which are rare traits to come across. Most importantly, she did not pressure me to pick a house quickly & wanted me to be content with my purchase, which I really appreciated. My Fiancé and I got referred to Colleen Miller through a co-worker of his at work. From the moment we met her she was a delight. We were first time home buyers and knew next to nothing. She has this way of connecting with people that makes you feel safe and calm, like you can connect on a personal level. No question was a dumb question. She truly cares about her clients as if they were long-time friends and wants to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your experience and new home. At the end when you walk away with your new house key it's bittersweet because you know you're gonna love your home, but you are also gonna miss Colleen. Colleen is a First-Rate Mortgage Broker. She worked diligently (even through the weekend) to ensure that my time-sensitive mortgage was dealt with and completed promptly, and came up with a solid back-up when the primary lender unexpectedly backed out at the last minute due to the unique nature of my property.
