Bathroom always clean with parking available. There is an elevator if you can't take stairs - Thorson is on the second floor. He has been our accountant since he took over from George way back in 1994-95; he handled our business incorporation shortly after. Always busy and very personable is our Mr. Thorson, I hope he doesn't retire before we do, only 4 yrs to go! He has been more difficult to contact since COVID reared up, with I believe a complete turnover of staff since then as well which is likely why. Regardless, he's damn good accountant and we're feeling blessed to have him as ours.

Website states he's CPA Certified, but today I spoke with CPA Alberta and he hasn't been accredited for the past 3 years.
After 10 years of service, Don just stopped communicating with me and after months of reaching out he is still withholding my files that my new accountant needs. He absolutely fell apart after his assistant left.

Absolutely horrible. We have used him for a number of years now. Used to be good to work with. This year he has been impossible to get ahold of, doesn't return calls or emails, we have to just stop in at his office as that is the only way to actually get ahold of him. We had to go get our T4 from him after many other attempts at trying to contact him. Received a letter from the CRA that some of the paperwork for the business was never filed. We have been emailing, calling and stopping in now for WEEKS and it still isn't done. Avoid him as an accountant.
