Had to bring my husband's phone in to get 1 camera lens replaced as it had broke. Camera itself was working no issues was fine and clear, paid $100 to get 1 lense fixed get the phone back, how the camera won't focus, went back in and they won't do anything about it, they claim it's the camera itself that's damaged. Even after explaining that's not the case they won't fix or offer any solution. You can see they didn't clean any debris from the camera before putting on the lens. Don't waste time or money with this company. You will get screwed over.

My husband's iPad need a new battery and the service here was fast, courteous and efficient. This was by far the best phone repair shop I’ve ever been to. Phone was fixed in 30 seconds and they didn’t charge a thing when in all honesty they could have easily changed well over a hundred dollars. I would drive in from the city just to use Dr. Phone in Leduc. My phone was completely unusable before they fixed it and it works like a charm and without having to leave it there when I thought I would require a new phone. Thank you so much for the way you treat your customers and for the professionalism and efficiency!!! I am beyond grateful we ended up at this location!!

Excellent service and proper satisfaction. Called many places for my iphone 14 pro max back glass everyone quoted me $300 plus 4 to 5 business days. My co worker recommended me to check this place out, i called Dr phone fix leduc they got it done same day. Half the price i was quoted. I was happy with the purchase. My glass looks new. Really appreciated the awesome service delivered in a comfortable, friendly, yet professional atmosphere!
Service on a Sunday, same day fix of a cell phone "gone rogue" was amazing and included relevant education on "dos & don'ts" delivered in a useful and respectful manner.
I highly recommend this establishment and service. You won't find a better service at very reasonable rates.

I've visited this place a few times. Always friendly and reliable service. Didn't charge to investigate both my daughters phone and my son's iPad. Even ordered parts in.

I bought both screen protectors and cases here. He put everything on for me, after cleaning them thoroughly.

Great service! Brought my Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE in for a screen replacement on Wednesday morning and they had it back in my hands the next day. The only issue I have is my S pen won't work now, will have to follow up on that.

Very friendly, professional and kind. Repair quote was fair and the same price charged when completed. They even waited 9 minutes after closing for me to pick up (after calling ahead) because I was coming from out of town and was running behind! Great business to have in the community.
