I experienced a particularly awkward auto insurance transaction with a disreputable agent from a different brokerage who had offered me incredibly low (hard to believe) prices. Once I was committed to the lower price and had signed a one-year contract, my rate was increased by almost 40%, due to "hidden fees." I was livid and chose to immediately cancel that policy and instead, reconnect with Cynthia, who had worked diligently and honestly to secure my business, prior to these "too good to be true" quotes from another company. I approached Cynthia hat in hand - attempting to apologize for having her work so hard in the first place, only to go with another carrier. Cynthia was completely gracious and even stayed late on a Friday to get my policy in place on that day, so that I was not moving about illegally. I was so impressed with her professionalism and patience with someone who had once turned her down... The entire process was completed without a hint of animosity for the additional stress that my behavior added to the transaction. I am confident that I will continue to work with Cynthia and Drayden Insurance for all my insurance needs. Based on availability, diligence, customer service and amazing professionalism! I would recommend them highly to anyone in the market for honesty and integrity - along with competitive pricing!

My boyfriend and I recently switched insurance companies in a bit of a hurry before our renewal date and we weren't sure if we would be able go get everything figured out in time given that we had about 24 hours to do it and cancel our other policies. I recently bought a car on very short notice so was looking for quotes in a short amount of time. Shout out to Cynthia who too the time over the phone to get the ball rolling asap while I awaited another quote. While she did this i waited on hold with my current broker for literally 3 hours. Even if she was unable to get me the best deal (which she did BTW) the simple fact that she worked her butt off to have this signed sealed and delivered within 24 hours was amazing. Shout out to Cynthia Sherban, in true typical male fashion I waited 24 hours until my renewal to get a qoute from her. They ended up being cheaper and this poor girl worked way pass regular hours to ensure we were fully insured before midnight. If you call this place I would recommend asking for her to assist you.
