I've been incredibly fortunate to have found Dustin during my search for an apartment. Initially, I was quite anxious about the possibility of being ripped off of by my real estate agent, given that they receive a commission based on the total sale price. However, Dustin proved himself to be exceptionally trustworthy and ethical. He went above and beyond by helping me secure a more favorable deal when making my offer. He was also willing to answer all my questions at any time, including one time that I called him 4 times in one hour!

It's rare finding a person with such integrity. And this statement comes from a person that doesn't trust people so easily when it comes to money!
