The Internet service they provided started good, but over the last year there have been way to many issues. Not meeting the download and up load speed Half the time, internet dropping out completely, and 90% of the time the issue has been on the street at their junction box. Fix and upgrade your infrastructure. I signed a contract for two years and you eastlink are in violation of that contract and not meeting your numbers I paid for.

I’ve lost 2/3 of a days wages (6 mos worth of internet bills) waiting for your tech to arrive. No word at all now they’re 30 mins late. I phoned customer service and she expressed she can’t get through to anyone and has no status report so who knows what’s happening.
So you’re telling me I’ve lost $400 so you can save the cost of another call centre employee to create accountability for your unprofessional techs?

Awful service. First installer sent didn't actually want to do any Installing. Cable draped across my back yard and through the easement behind my house, unprotected and UNBURYED.

Cable then gets cut by the city lawnmower, every month thereafter, for the following five months.

Five months of thirty minute minimum calls to tech support for empty promises, lies, and tech support we shouldn't have needed.

Been a customer for numerous years, through several moves. Issues have arisen, with most being resolved quickly, a couple of problems did take forever, due to communication/logistics breakdown. Once the right person was given the concern email, issue was resolved within 72 hours (took 2 1/2 years lol) Otherwise, love the service, price and options.

If I could give zero stars I would. They are absolutely the poorest customer service based company I have ever dealt with. They prey on people and use their own negligence to overcharge people. Any provider is better than Eastlink, stay away, tell your friends and family the same.

Doing business with the staff at the Eastlink location in the Prairie Mall is refreshing they are eager to assist and do a great job their service is five star and I recommend going to see them for all your TV and internet services. forget about calling eastlink's 1 800 number

Zero costumer service. Just wanted to ask them why my internet keeps going out and if their was somthing i could do on my end. I guess my over priced bill is what i get for terrible connection and zero CS. What was i to expect. Carry on.

Pay for “reliable high speed” internet,
Have constant disconnection issues throttled connections and they get away with it because there are no other alternatives
