The initial consultation with the representative was thorough and he was knowledgeable in answering all of our questions. He gave us many options and suggestions.
We received regular communication throughout the process and had all of our questions and concerns answered thoroughly.
The window installer technician worked very efficiently and he did a very good job with installing our windows. What we didn't appreciate was his rude attitude and unfriendliness, which is why we're giving this company 4 stars.
The post installation package included a substantial discount on blinds and window coverings and long term warranty on the windows.
All in all, we would recommend Ecoline Windows to those who need excellent quality windows and customer service.

gentlemen working to install and reclad 5 broken old windows. Although coming some 60k plus they were on time (actually a bit early) and had the job done and tidied up in under 6 hours. The crew boss, who speaks excellent english ) explained everything that they were doing and the crew also consulted me if needed. I was very pleased with the workmanship, the quality of the windows and the warrantees as my window needs were very diseversified.

We are happy we chose Ecoline Windows ,for new windows and front door. The windows and door are high quality products and the installers are exceptional in their work. Very professional and experienced installers. A few weeks after installation,we noticed Crack in one of the windows and the door sweep coming apart. We contacted Ecoline Service and sent them pictures of the problem.
They had a new glass insert and door sweep made for us. No questions asked. In a short period of time, the new glass was installed. From start to finish, Ecoline Windows, kept us informed of the timeliness and the progress of our order. Manufacturing was ahead of schedule, and windows and door installed ahead of schedule. Great Company, great product and most of all a great warranty. We highly recommend Ecoline Windows.

My experience with Ecoline was great from start to finish. They replaced all of my windows and doors, including enlarging a basement window for egress and changing out garden doors for patio doors. The quote process was quick. The salesman explained everything. I was able to keep track of my order status online so I knew when it was in production, in transit, etc. They called on a Friday afternoon to say everything had arrived and they showed up early Monday morning for the installation. Started and finished in one day, including all of the trim. Everyone on the crew had a job to do and they all did it quickly and efficiently. I have zero issues and have no problem recommending them.
