I just made a batch of bone broth with the carcass of an Eden Valley cooked chicken. I was surprised that there wasn't any "foam" to skim off the top of the water. The flavor was amazing. Good quality food in my opinion!

Workers have no idea what to expect when coming in. The managers are unprofessional and selfish. The staff especially in the shipping department are rude and unprofessional . Overall Eden Valley is a symbol of every thing wrong in Nova Scotia, they are hickish and hate outsiders, the workers look for any reason to fire people that they don't like, and since they carpool with managers, they can plot against people like me. They (the managers) don't tell you if you are doing a good job or not, leaving you in the dark. They tell you to come in only if you are called and yet they don't call. They expect you to learn everything at once and to get it right immediately. The woman in HR is rude and unhelpful. she must of got her skills to be a HR representative from Stalin, she is a cold, uncaring snob.

Eden Valley is a miserable hick filled incompetent mess. Terrible, stuck up staff, that will not help you. The managers especially, the blue hats , were the most unqualified, unprofessional group people to hold a position of power.
