The Flyers were tossed into the bushes, instead of being placed in the mailbox of my house. I also have it on video when the driver just threw the Flyers out on the ground of my home. That's pretty bad service especially since I am in a wheelchair and your delivery person who can walk ,just throws it on the ground like garbage.

It has been 12 weeks since I have received any flyers. Their "Resident Services" is a joke. Nobody ever responds. It's no wonder some retailers have gone back to Canada Post to deliver their flyers!!

I have submitted a cancel request twice on the website and emailed twice. I tried calling but get voice mail. I want to stop these flyers but despite 4 attempts over 3 months, I get crickets … and flyers.

Zero stars if I could... Tried canceling 6+ times. No one provides any confirmation, and bundles of paper that go straight to recycle just keep coming (wasteful). I never asked for this, and I can't get rid of 'em.

April 2024: I now have a big "no flyers/no solicitors" sign on my door - can't miss it. A week after submitting the stop-delivery form on their site, they ignore the sign and drop more flyers to blow around the neighborhood on this very windy day... Can these guys be shut down already?

Have called a few times to make a complaint they don't call back. Guy drops off week old flyers half the time I don't get any he walks in my flower bed almost fell into my into my window a few times not and chucks the flyers on my step when I have a mailbox right there then they blow all over or end up soaked from rain or snow. Tired of this and might report to the BBB

It's great that they give people second chances when they mess up but my flyers constantly come late if they come at all. Almost midnight is WAY too late to have a grown man walking up to our house, setting off the silent alarm and cameras because they identify a person after 11PM. I've complained many times and guess who's still delivering: the same guy. See you on Saturday or later, flyer guy...
The two stars reflect the professional 5 star service I get from customer service, but unfortunately this dude should have been fired literally years ago (yes, he's this bad for that long!) so he brings the rating way down.

Between the outright refusal to stop leaving stuff on my doorstep, the rest of the neighbourhood’s flyers blowing all over the street, and the fact that they’re dumping all their leftover flyers in the parks - perhaps it’s time to just call bylaw.
