Made an inquiry and filled out an application for a bachelor apartment. The next business day I received a voice mail addressing me as Bob, not Ben.

I was informed that the listing I had applied to was a seniors only (50+) building. That was not mentioned anywhere on the ad. The representative argued the point and insisted that it did say that. I re-checked the ad after our conversation. It only specified that it was an adult only building.

Ekort PM refuses to pay me the $400 they promised me for cleaning my apt before moving out. Left it cleaner than when I moved in. Rarely any hot water. Shameful that he will not honour our agreement! Stay away from this company
