*Unfortunately, after the purchase, Emerald Park Homes has been impossible to deal with. From power issues and being unwilling to deal with deficiencies, voiding warranty on our flooring by not following installation directions, staining the window trim with stucco, leaky eaves, and a whole lot more, we continually get ignored or given excuses.

The homes on homes inspection is a joke, and I was never given a report of that inspection. Just a certificate that means nothing.

Garry and Lorena were absolutely wonderful to deal with. So far, every step along the way has been a breeze and felt extremely comfortable. Looking forward to continuing the process.
