When Erik was recommended by friends we knew we were in safe hands. Erik took his time to explain, what was to us as both First time home buyers and Brits, a strange process and market. He never spoke over either of us or rushed us, no question was too stupid or too hard to answer. He pointed out things that show his experience, which was comforting.
