The I-240 Enterprise stored called the morning of our pick up on October 24, 2024, and left a message indicating that they had no vehicles. I returned the called and asked about the situation and what I should do. They indicated that they could not help us but I should call the Enterprise locations nearby to see if they had any vehicles. I called 3 different Enterprise sites and no location had a vehicle.

We drove by the I-240 Enterprise location at the appropriate time to get an in person experience to see if that would help us get the next vehcile available. They could not help us and gave us no indication that they would be able to get us a vehicle.

We then booked a new vehcile at the Moore location and picked it up within 30 minutes of this bad experience at the 1-240 Enterprise store.

I booked a car online 2 weeks in advance went in 10 minutes later I picked up the car and left first time I've used them the service was good 10 /29/24 I will be renting again in May 2025

I am never booking through Enterprise again. This is the second time I've booked with them online and they didn't have a car when I arrived and wouldn't help me find one at another location. I took a Lyft to get there and they refused to give me any type of compensation for the ride, either.

I received a phone call from two different people and I confirmed a pick up time with both. They left me stranded and did not pick me up leaving me to walk home. I would look elsewhere if you are looking for customer service. I drove to the actual store and Mathew said “his hands are tied” leaving me to solve my issues myself. This is day three of no rental and was told I would receive a phone call. As I am sitting here, no calls, no customer service, no rental.

Disappointing, to avoid !

We made a reservation through the website for a midsize SUV at the E I 240 service Rd Enterprise agency in Oklahoma City. But, when we arrived at the agency, the person who received us said that there was no car for us. The agency just sent an e-mail 2 hours, but we were on the plane.
Moreover, this person just gave us a list of other agencies to call that could have a car, but this person didn't help us through this (we are foreign customers and don’t speak very well english, so it was even more difficult). After calling other agencies, no one had a car, they just asked us for our phone number to call us when they had a car available, but nobody ever called us. So, in conclusion, bad experience and bad customer service. I don’t recommend this agency !

Such a great experience at enterprise! Erykah, Christian and Taylor took great care of us each time we came. They were punctual about getting us in and out in a timely manner. They were very personable. We will definitely use them in the future for any rental needs that we have.

I went in with my niece to pick up an suv she had reserved. They had a white Chevy Trailblazer for her. It seemed nice enough and other than a few bug parts on the paint that survived the wash the car looked fine. The service person was named Erica and she was great. She noticed a line starting at the counter and came out with her tablet and waited on us. Within maybe 5 minutes she had the transaction done and had us out of there quickly with the rental. Erica was super nice, professional, and knew how to get people handled efficiently and with a smile on her face. Thanks Erica, somebody at at Enterprise give her a raise, she is a gem!
