Amazing music store. I’ve went there for every instrument and musical accessory I have. The staff is very helpful and their the kinda people that are easy to get along with. They know exactly what their doing, and they’ll help you find exactly what your looking for. I recommend Evangelos any day. 10/10.

The staff were very helpful and patient with us. Our daughter spent that last couple years admiring (and playing) a piano in their showroom. They never put any pressure on us to buy and always took time to chat and answer questions. When we finally took the plunge they delivering it an hour and a half away at no charge. Great store with excellent customer service!

What a great place to go. Walk in, friendly greeting, and get invited to join in with a gathering of staff and customers. I received immediate and knowledgeable attention while checking out a couple of instruments. Made a purchase and had it checked for setup in no time. More. Visiting at the till. Very easy place to have a relaxed experience with quite a discreet sales approach that keeps you comfortable whether you are in to buy, or just to chill.

February 10/25 update, I'm kind new in the guitar world,only been playing for the the last year and love it,bought my Martin used at a second,Im semi retired I needed something to keep me mind free from all this bullshit that's going on in the world ,I brought my Martin in this week Feb 10/25 (Nancy) I call her,wouldnt keep a tune due to the dry climate,I phoned ahead to let them know what was wrong with nancy,,Let me tell you when I got to the music store,these guys where on Nancy like bird on a worm,they gave me some great knowledge how to take care of nancy.(the do's and don'ts) and what strings are best to us for more longevity and sound,while the young fella was fixing up nancy (gave her some good lovin)and usually I don't share lol,I proceeded to there guitar room,I was in awe Martin Martin Martins I thought I died and when to Martin guitar heaven,Well it was my lucky day the Martin rep happen to be at the store that day and came into the guitar room as well as the owner,what a great conversation on knowledge these two men have,and thank you for that,This two guys really new there Martins guitars,we took a couple of guitars off the shelf as we all took turns playing the different guitars,they also have some beautiful Fender in there line up, We must of been in there for a hour,let me tell you these guys practice what the preach and love what the do,then this young fella (I'm sorry I forgot the young fellas name)brings in Nancy and plays a strum or two,this young man good really play and very knowledgeable as well WOW my girl never sounded so good and thank you,listen I don't know this store from a hole in the ground and Im no marketing fella,In the past I have thought about buying another guitar online , but after going to this music store,this will be the store I will buy my next guitar,Its more hands on you can see and feel and play what your buying or just browsing and its local Great customer service very calm very educated and not pushy ,Top shelve. Very good selection on most everything.

Always very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. Great selection. Only one time they didn’t have what I needed but they were more than happy to order it in. Every trip to Medicine Hat includes a stop at Evangelos.
