I joined EWYN because I needed some accountability with my weightloss effort. I kept trying on my own and would drop a bit and then gain even more back. I was losing motivation and starting to feel crappy. Cheryl at EWYN Kincardine has been an awesome coach and inspires me each visit. I look forward to my check ins and find the program easy to follow with her help.

Joining EWYN was the best decision i made 2 years ago. I have lost 150lbs and i owe it to Shawna who has supported me with my weight loss journey. She was there when i thought it was impossible and having hard days crying and for every success. Since she herself has been down the same journey, she understood what i needed and i always felt comfortable with her. I still go in and get my protein and advise 🙂

I just wanted to mention that while I am really glad I've lost 10 pounds, the weight is just a small thing. I'm over 70 so I no longer want to be model thin, but I want to look my best, but the big things are:
I no longer take any antacids, my blood pressure is back to normal ( it was never high enough to medicate but close) my complexion has cleared up ( could just be my age finally, but I've waited many years). My favourite jeans fit again and are comfortable!!!
I just returned from 2 weeks in Spain so I was worried I'd gain since it was hard to control what I ate, BUT I lost even though I ate some amazing meals. I was just mindful of the proteins I was eating so I'm not too worried about xmas with the help of our wonderful coaches and just making some wise choices I know I can do it!!!

Ewyn Kincardine is amazing and supportive in all of your weight loss needs. Shawna and the team are knowledgeable and awesome to work with while helping you reach your weight loss goals. They also carry their own brand of protein powder and a variety of other retail products geared toward supporting a healthy lifestyle. Shawna is amazing !! She listens and truely wants to help you and you feel like she genuinely cares. I really wanted to share how amazing the ewyn protein powder is !!! I am picky and hate a gritty shake , but first try I was hooked !! Who doesn't want to feel like they are drinking chocolate milk but know you are doing something better for your body #winning!!!
