Employé Chike est un homme extraordinaire, il a répondu à toutes mes questions et on a échangé 30 courriels .
Chike, je lui dis merci, car cella fais des mois que j'achète des cartes SIM et mes appareils n'ont jamais fonctionné, mais grâce à Chike, il m'a guidé, enfin mes Poc Radio fonctionnes.

I recently purchased a phone at an amazing price from Expert Mobile, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to help me, patiently walking me through transferring all my data from my old phone to the new one.

Their communication was clear and professional throughout, and they made sure I understood everything, which was a relief since I’m not very familiar with technology. Yugansh, in particular, was incredibly kind and polite, ensuring I felt comfortable with the new phone before I left.

It’s rare to find such genuine and thoughtful service these days. I highly recommend Expert Mobile to anyone looking for great deals and outstanding customer care!

Very disappointing experience. Called in to customer service person for radio parts, stated what I was looking to purchase, was informed that the company had the parts I needed. Asked the sales person to have parts and receipt ready for pickup as the person picking it up was in a rush to leave town, was told no problem parts and invoice would be ready for pickup. Spelt out my company name twice over the phone and upon pickup time, no one at the store knew anything about my order, and they had also forgotten a part I needed, and receipt had my company name spelled wrong. Staff was rude to the person I had picking up parts and this happened 2 times on separate occasions. Will not be recommending this company to colleagues or friends.

Do not recommend, I have not had good dealings with this company. Found the service staff that I dealt with to be rude, radio programming issues I had were not fixed properly and I had to make a repeat visit to get things done correctly. Also have had multiple co-workers who have had negative experiences similar to mine. I will not be coming back for any of my communications needs in the future, I've had great experiences with Bear Com for many years and will be going there from now on.
