I was using these services for several years as I was simply afraid to file taxes on my own.They never give you useful information that can be helpful when someone does taxes. It would be the same as you do turbotax and put info by urself. In the end Sheena, the accountant , made a mistake which resulted in a huge penalty I have to pay. When I tried to address it with her she would not respond my phone calls and my emails. There was not acknowledgment of mistake and simple apology to the many years customer. I could not believe this bad service happening. Eventually she replied and it sound like it is all my fault as I was upset! I had to contact Revenue Canada on my own and sort out the error. I would not use their services again as I don't want to be treated that poorly and disrespectful.

Business should be called Rookie Tax Service Inc

When I paid to have my taxes done (as it's not just a basic return), I expected them to... you know, ACTUALLY BE FILED!

No, 7 months later I got a call from the CRA stating my taxes were not filed. I had to email and the response I got was "Oh, I didn't know you wanted me to file them". What did you think I was paying for?

Never again. Go somewhere else that has a clue.

Update: I just had to pay fees for interest and a failure to file penalty.
