Very concerned about the the people taking the test road
My cousin has taken and paid almost $200 for renting the car and the driving test fee for 3 times now. She has failed him 3 times and gave him many silly excuses such as, you don't look around when you are parked, you drive slow when you have to drive fast and you drive fast when you have to drive slow.

My cousin has many years of driving experience is not that he is a new driver. He passed the written test right away and she keep failing him.

While my cousin was waiting for her to finish with another student, he heard her telling the father of the girl/student that she has some issues like not looking over the shoulder or not looking over her shoulders but don't worry she passed.

Are we talking about racism? Are you trying to make extra money?

Very unfair treatment.

Went for my GDL test here back when that was still a thing. The lady told me my tail light was out, I didn't go look and confirm at the time but was sure I checked the day before.

Showed up 15 minutes early so I rushed to Canadian Tire and bought a bulb and tried to replace it in time. When I got back I was 5 minutes late and the lady was inside eating her lunch and said I was too late to start the exam.

Put the old bulb back in out of curiosity and it worked just fine. I went back in and told her this and she legitimately said to me "do you really think I'd try and cheat you out of doing your test?".

The test was non refundable of course.

My Driving instructor name was Leaf who was very professional, clear and decifed when explaining things.Had a great experience and learned some knew things.keep up the excellent work!!!!!!

All the clerks are amazing, efficient and knowlegeable! I always come prepared and provide the required documents. I don't blame the employees for doing their job properly and I understand that they have strict policies to follow just like in any other workplace.

In and our fairly quickly. No line up. Tried the edmonton registry yesterday but left because line and wait were far too long. This place did the trick

Had my driver's test, went to parallel park, the tires brushed the snow on the side of the road, so the instructor had me do it again. It went perfectly, then he had me drive around another 20 minutes, only to get back and have him say that contacting the curb was an automatic disqualification. The form clearly states "climbed over curb" which I did not do, and he did not say. So not only was he wrong, and misrepresented what was on the test, but he wasted my time and my gas, when he could have just said it was over.

Terrible. Do they work? Never answer calls. Took my money, never got my license (way before postal strike) can't provide me an explanation. Having a person register a vehicle while you are away is a god awful experience. What the legal document allows and what they will do for you are complete opposite. Again, learn to pick up the phone. Answer it. Return messages. About to spam this with 4 phone numbers and record it to report to transportation canada

The worst experience ever. Debit and credit transactions are not accepted therefore must pay by cash at registry or online, and if you don't have the ticket to present after paying the registry can't confirm payment even though you can show proof through bank. Not to mention calling for any assistance is useless due to your calls continually dropping...
