I have used Fastsigns Winnipeg South numerous times. They are great. Recently I dropped off a van for decals. They contacted me back and highlighted how some simple changes could improve the look. I greatly appreciated their expertise. I have done large signs, customer decals, etc. They stand nicely behind the quality of their work.

Never got to be a customer, I messaged about a banner estimate which totalled to $104, i messaged back explaining it was out of my price range and that I found another local one for $28... that would be the end of it, but no, I've now been getting spam emails from them for 8 months....

If you are looking for prompt, professional and courteous service then Fastsigns is your best choice. They helped me with everything from design, colors, print/fonts, our logo's, proofs and packaging.
They had a team approach for my situation, I needed window coverings on very short notice and had to travel with the product to another country to use in one of our offices. From the time I place my call to them, they stepped up to assist and help me deliver the goods on time. I didn't have a totally clear idea of what I wanted but they helped me every step along the way and expedited my order so I could meet my deadlines and travel plans. I will use them time and time again as they deliver an excellent product and have the skill set needed to get the job done. Another excellent business in our city!

The print was excellent. It was produced with the installer in mind. They sized it with enough extra, additional text was separate to insure it would be square on the vehicle. They use quality materials.

Customer service and communication was disappointing. Your company width held information which caused a long delivery wait. The situation could have been cleared up quickly and speeded up mailing payment and product both ways if the information been provided rather than waiting for me to inquire about the dely. I'm not a mind reader to know the extra charge was just waiting to get paid. I feel communication is crucial in good customer service. Also, there is no dispute or trying to cheat the company out of the payment but the disrespect cancels my relationship with your company. I found your employees defensive and tried to blame me the customer for not providing information. The extra charge for mailing was the company's responsibility to give. I have more purchases to make with signs in the future and you lost future business with me as a result of the blame and lack of ownership regarding poor communication. There was no way I could have communicated better, it was up to the employees to give information and an update on delivery.
