Have spoken to two different Reps explained my pkg is not a commercial pkg but a personal item, filled out their form and sent it to two different Reps, get a call today from the one rep and he tells me to stop talking while he's trying to explain why my pkg is held im trying to tell him I know why and I've done these forms already and sent them to him..he tells me I need to resend asap or else my pkg will be returned (I'm in the gym when he calls) then he hangs up on me....never using fed ex brokers again all for some plastic beads..zero stars if I could

The only fedex in cold lake and it does not accept all package sizes. Makes doing a return extremely difficult. I also find it difficult to get assistance with printing and have been prompted to just do it myself. I have also witnessed other people be told to do it themselves. I couldn’t figure it out so I went somewhere else to print my pictures.

Dropped an Express, time-sensitive parcel off at the FedEx counter on a Wednesday. I got a notification that my parcel had been accepted, but it didn’t start tracking that day, or the next. Saturday and Sunday also roll by, Monday and now Tuesday and still no tracking update. It was supposed to be delivered by today (the following Tuesday). FedEx customer service cannot locate the package but they said it never left Cold lake as it had not been scanned. Will drive to Bonnyville or StPaul next time, not sure how they lost a package before it was even picked up. 🙁

Horrible, 3 out of 4 apple watches showed up today. Have had several electronic devices get lost somehow. I think maybe the delivery driver in the sketchy old van may have sticky fingers. He came to the door without a mask, said stay back, and signed for the package. When we got it in the house we realized 1 was missing.

Horrible. Package was late, and I was told I would have to pick up my package from their pick up centre in Lloydminster which is an hour and a half away. I ended up having to purchase the item from somewhere else and have it shipped back to the store. I will never purchase anything being shipped by FedEx again.
