Package was left inside the front door where the apartment building intercome is. Driver could have buzzed to let me know it was there. A tenant knocked on my door to say there was a package sitting down there. How long was it there?
My tracking showed a delayed delivery one week out..I was not waiting for a delivery. Anyone could have taken my merchandise..if a product I order in the future is shown to be delivered by FedEx I will cancel my order!

I sent my pars request directly to Fedex in Fort Erie, HOWEVER when I tried to follow up there is no local number to call. You have to call a 1-800 number now. I used to be able to speak to someone and they would take care of whatever we needed to be done immediately. I called the 800 number today and had to wait 14 minutes the first time to just talk to live agent. Once that person finally answered , he had no idea if the customer was even their customer. This is the 3rd time I have had this type of experience or I would not be writing this review. In this business, time is of essence, this is unacceptable, its very costly and wastes everyones time. I will not be recommending FEDEX brokerage to anybody going forward as I have in the past.

The worst customs clearance company. The only thing FedEx is good for is delaying shipments both into and out Canada. 7 hours waiting on clearance of frozen food going to Daytona beach. Never again will I accept a load where FedEx is the customs broker.

They hired very unprofessional staff in Fort Erie , ON location. Gentleman on the evening shift answer there and When carrier question him , He replies SHUT UP and hung up. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF

That is because they are a customs broker and do not ship parcels.

Please make sure you review what telephone numbers you are calling before calling and disrupting busy employees days.

All these reviews and nothigs changed. They are really bad. Just talk to your customer and advise them to work with some other company as they will cost you make sure to charge your customer for your waiting
