The staff is very friendly and hard-working, the food is always amazing with great service and short waiting times. Even the handsomely charming chef from the back personally brings your meal out to you, making you feel like the only customer in the restaurant and speaks to his level of commitment and love of his job.

100/10 will always come back. My new favourite place to eat!

Worst service ever. We went in with a group of around 15. They were irritated to begin with that we were a group of 15. They instructed us where to sit. We sat there and waited well over 20 minutes. The server came and handed a few menus out and never came back. We ended up walking out and leaving.

There were maybe 4 other people total in the restaurant, as I would have understood if it was busy.

Also, the servers were talking loudly about us all being there. It was extremely uncomfortable

UPDATE: just got back from the Firehouse and I had to add the following to my review: We were fortunate to have the world's kindest most genuinely sweet waitress:Sarah. She was always friendly, smiling and welcoming. She went above and beyond and my family and I are truly grateful. As always, the food was amazing . Try the firehouse Club house!!

Awesome food. Our son loves it too. HUGE plus. Love their poutines.

We had a surprise 65th Birthday party for my husband. Great food, super nice owners and staff, and they even let the band play! What a super time! Can't wait for accessible bathrooms though!! 😉

I came here with a small group after a day of snowmobiling. We parked our sleds out back and got seated without a wait on a Tuesday night.

The service was great, and we didn't wait long for our food. I got the lieutenant burger. Other than the patty being slightly overcooked, it was definitely one of the best burgers I've ever had. The fries were also fantastic and were hot and crisp.

The price for the burger and fries was not bad at $16, but $2 seemed a bit steep for a can of Pepsi. Overall, I would definitely stop in again.

There was lots of Parking out back for snowmobiles, and room inside to set our gear.

The server was friendly and the service was quick, good food too. The wings were big.

Only downside is the pops are canned and it was a bit pricey (about $25 for just me) but definitely worth the visit!
