Came here during their first couple of days of opening, a new delicious food spot! A great addition to the city, staff were extremely friendly, accommodating and didn’t have to wait for food that long! Sub was delicious! I got the steak and cheese sub and the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket, would recommend!

So happy we came and tried the subs at this great restaurant! Service was amazing, respectful and cheerful. I always love when they take your name and call it out when your orders ready. Price is decent, food is out of this world! Try the brisket hat trick! Nummy!!

New favourite sandwich place! I have been here 3 times now and the food is always fresh and made perfect! Staff is very friendly and it’s nice to see so many young staff working too! As they are still learning, they warn you ahead of time that there MIGHT be up to a 20 min wait, so this time I ordered ahead of time online and pickup was seamless! Love this new restaurant and it’s worth the drive to the new area!

The food is great! Absolutely no complaints there. My only complaint is when placing an order through the app, it’s never ready on time. I’m not talking 5-10 minutes late. I placed a pick up order and did not receive it until 30 minutes passed the pick up time. I understand being busy and being a few minutes late. But sitting around waiting an extra 30 minutes after your order was supposed to be ready, is a bit frustrating. Especially because the point of selecting your time on the app, is to get your order at that time.

First impressions say alot and from how clean everything is to the friendly service and the taste of the food everything was great! Highly recommend the pepperoni pizza meat ball!

I wish I could give actual stars for the food, but we didn't eat there. We visited for the first time today and spent about 20 minutes waiting in line, getting very excited about finally getting to try Firehouse...only to find out once we got to the till that they don't have gluten free rolls yet, and won't for another couple weeks ?

The problem is we had absolutely no way of knowing this until we tried to order. There's no mention of the gluten free rolls anywhere on the menu, just a little placard beside the till mentioning it as an option. A sign on the door or something informing us about this would have been a HUGE help and good service. I was extremely hungry and it was very disappointing to have to wait that long only to find out I couldn't order the sandwich I was looking forward to.

Very good! Enjoyed our first visit and definitely will go back. 2 concerns are the layout of the ordering line and the seating. We didn't have an issue, but we did see it get very busy and the order line ended up congesting the majority of the store. This ties into the seating, tables are blocked in by the ordering customers and also customers waiting for their orders. Other than those 2 issues it's very good and we recommend highly!

Was excited about trying this, got there at noon, got our 3 subs at 1:40. The place was busy and I heard that they had a worker call in sick but still…an hour and 40 minutes for a sub? I was hoping the sub itself would have been amazing but it wasn’t, very little meat on it for the price! Won’t be going back.
