Very professional company, workmanship is outstanding, the workers that come out to respond to claims are very knowledgeable and friendly. The crews who work on the rebuild after the cleanup were great and thorough, the finishers did an outstanding job with the woodwork. Even the people who do the final cleaning were wonderful.
It's great to know that there are still some companies out there that still go the extra mile to make it right for their customers. Enough cannot be said for the service provided by this company. Unfortunately the extent of damages to my apartment from the tenant above me forced me to find a new place of residence during the rebuild.

We had a Fire at our home in August.. From the moment First Call were on scene ( which was almost immediately after we spoke to our insurance company) This is a locally owned and operated company, Kelleigh the owner works very hard for her clients and has been absolutely amazing from the start in helping us navigate thru this disaster . Everything went very smoothly from the start.. Clear communication, set plan and stuck to it . Were great with us to walk us thru step by step on every process. To the Staff - each and everyone of the crew were absolutely 100% amazing to work with .. They hold their work to a very high standard and i will say they achieved that in every step of the plan .. First call has Heart !!They are aware that this is a very stressful situation for the home owner and worked with us on every level to keep us in check and calm and to listen to any concerns we had ( and addressed them all) From the cleaning to the restoration work everything was a 5 star experience and result .. we are now on the home stretch and we could not be happier with the care we have received .. If you have a disaster in your home, you have the choice on who you would choose to be your restoration company 100% First Call ..

My fridge decided it needed to catch fire and completely fill the house with a nice odor of burnt electrical and black smoke. First call had a cleaning crew come out and they did a wonderful job of getting the odor out of the house. The house is even more clean than it was prior to the fire. Couldn't be more happy with the work they did. Thank you Jayde, Tetyana and Heather!

Heather came back to repair the walls and repaint the baseboards of the house once the flooring was replaced and she did a fantastic job. Highly recommend them for any restoration work that needs to be completed!

We had a sewer flood and first call was there to do clean up within hours! They made a real “crappy” situation less stressful. Ever part of the clean up and restoration was a wonderful experience. They listened to our concerns, worries and made us feel more at ease. Kayla was the best to communicate with you and all her staff are wonderful very knowledgeable people.

Restoration crews are very kind and courteous, they were very sensitive and helpful to our unique situation. With a special needs child in the house, the changes to his environment are very challenging for him. The crews were very fast and accommodating, we hardly knew they were here at times.

We were so impressed with the 2 young people, Bella and Daniel, who came out to clean our attics. Once they found out what needed to be done their work ethics, dedication and speed was amazing. They arrived very early to beat the heat and kept at it until they were finished. Thanks!
