I find it hard to believe that there are no current reviews to read regarding this business! It’s time to change that.

I’ve been wearing hearing aids for 15 years now and this new set of Signia that has been recommended by Katie…….are fabulous. I’ve worn Starkey hearing aids but once they closed their office in Okotoks, I turned to High River and chose a set of Unitron hearing aids after being allowed to test them for 2 weeks time. I was thrilled with them and had no real issues other than they were past their prime.

So when it came time for a new set of hearing aids, the ability to test a set prior to purchase and the outstanding service provided, it was a no brainer to return to Foothills hearing centre in High River.

I highly recommend you give them a try and perhaps recommend them. I’m sure you won’t regret your choice.

James is the best! He and his wife Lavonne own and operate Foothills Hearing Centre, they are among the most patient and caring people I have met. James is a Registered Hearing Aid Practitioner with a Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology and Lavonne has an education degree. I think this mix gives them an amazing amount of understanding and patience. Compared to other clinics I found their pricing and follow up service to be outstanding. They are available when required and don't book unnecessary appointments just to bring you in. If you want to hear better, don't want to be upsold for more than you need and want to deal with an owner (bare in mind owners don't move from clinic to clinic like employees do) this is the place for you! Highly recommend They are reopen now having had a total loss to their business in the flood and I should note that on request they do house calls to High River and Southern Alberta having patients as far away as Cardston.
