We had a great experience during our stay, even when we encountered a minor issue. The AC in our room wasn’t working, so we called the front desk. They immediately offered to change our room and even brought the key to us, making the process quick and convenient. The staff was exceptionally kind and friendly throughout, and we want to give a special shout-out to Kim and Albert for their pleasant demeanor and fantastic customer service. The rooms were spotless as always, and the overall atmosphere was wonderful. We will definitely be returning!

Great location with easy access to Mercy hospital. When I checked in, they were very kind.

However, I haven’t been able to sleep past 6 am two of the three nights I’ve been here. One morning it was because of the trash truck picking up and dropping several dumpsters across the parking lot from the various restaurants and hotels that are close by. This morning it was because of the guests next door that came back to their room after shutting down the bars in okc. I called guest services twice and they haven’t done anything about it. So it’s a great hotel if you don’t mind not sleeping past 6 am. Probably would’ve been quieter at the hospital.

Very pleasant stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room and common areas were clean and spacious. We appreciated that there was a bar and restaurant on site. Menu is small, but the food was very good. We will definitely stop and stay there again when driving through Oklahoma City..

Super nice staff every time we visit. Our ONLY issue we had was housekeeping accidentally picked up one of our personal baby pillows and pillowcases that was completely different from all other bedding when cleaning the room, and housekeeping has never been able to find it, which was strange. Other than that all was great! Both front desk staff and housekeeping were extremely friendly and helpful! It will be much nicer when they offer breakfast in a dining room setting other than having to order room delivery.

This Four Points was very disappointing, you can tell it’s a hotel that Marriott doesn’t care about anymore. We’ll start with safety, the exterior lights were never turned on the entire 3 nights we stayed so walking around the hotel if you got there after dark would make you feel uneasy given the parking lot was also not lit. The hotel itself never locks so anyone off the street can come and go as they please and access any floors. Ok now for the hotel itself, the lobby is nice and that’s about where it ends. The rooms have a lot of damage that was repaired poorly and quickly. But not all terrible. The room was big, however the bathrooms were so small you couldn’t open the door and have someone standing in the bathroom otherwise you couldn’t open the door. The room came with a microwave and fridge which was nice since we have kids. The staff were very nice. Overall, it’s just not a good note to stay at considering the other better options you have around.

I’m very disappointed with my stay . Yes the bed and rooms are nice and clean and quiet. I was hoping to swim indoor pool. When I got there to look at it after calling they said it was clean and good to swim. It was not!! It was green dirty and had stuff floating in it . My second complaint is the bar and food service they are supposed to have! I called and asked again they said 6:30pm . For dinner and 6-10 breakfast bar opens at 6:30. None of these things happened it was well after 7 pm and 7am did they have any service and it was very very minimal. I ended up ordering door dash last night. This morning I was disappointed with the only two choices for breakfast.even the continental breakfast at most hotels are Better than that. This was extra 10$. I stayed here based on the amenities it had to offer. It didn’t have anything that it claimed and I’m just sadly disappointed with the stay I would of stayed at one of my fav hotels but thought I’d give this a shot for the bar and food service plus the indoor pool. Also they do not have room service yet there is a paper in the room for it. FYI

Positive: They lied about their offerings. This hotel doesn't belong under Marriott. It's an embarrassment to say the least. Negative: By the way...the Wi-Fi never worked. I complained every day. Nothing changed. Will NEVER stay here again.

Pretty decent hotel for the amount of money you pay. Online pictures are a little bit deceiving, and the hotel is quite run down. The mattresses were old and stained when you pulled back the covers, and the shower was dirty- obviously had not been cleaned for some time because there was pink bacteria on the showerhead.

Exterior of the hotel could also use a refresh- many lights were flickering/out completely, and the parking lot was not well illuminated.

Giving three stars because it was a quiet, safe place to stop on a cross country road trip.
