Called to get a cab to try and pick up my truck that was in the shop. Guy who answered was rude, and I could barely hear him because of the dogs barking in the background. He told me it was going to be 15 minutes so I just walked. I recommend walking.

We had a breakdown just outside foxcreek. We were picked up as fast as they could get to us. I was very thankful as it was -40 out as well as stuck on the side of the hwy and we were quickly getting cold. The driver was very helpful! Thanks again for the wonderful service.

Would give zero stars but that's not an option. Called over half hour period and no answer. Texted and no response. Absolutely useless. Call Whitecourt or use Uber

I wish I could give zero stars, no meter in the cab which is very suspect, super rude & charged me 12 dollars for a 2 minute drive!

Arrived in Fox Creek by bus. Was dropped at the Petro Canada station and security gave me the number for Fox Cabs. So i called Fox Cabs. They said they would be there in about 5-10 mins... After close to 50 mins waiting, i noticed another cab, Fast Cab, driving back and forth. So, I called Fast Cabs, and they were there in about 3 mins... As long as I'm in Fox Creek I'll never call Fox Cabs again.

The guy who answered the phone gave me nothing but attitude and all i wanted was a ride to work. Worst service I've ever received.
