Frank is an amazing accountant. He really takes the time to make sure you are getting all you are entitled to. I like that he has a sit down meeting with you to go over every possible avenue before he does your taxes. He is also super affordable. I will never go to anyone else and have referred many people to check him out!

We used Frank 2 years ago to file my wife's and mine tax return. It was filed incorrectly twice and we were notified by the CRA regarding this. It has now been over 2 years and this issue still has not been resolved. We are contacting CRA on a ongoing basis and have not received a apology or support from Frank whatsoever.
This has caused a lot of stress for the both of us as the CRA thinks we owe $12000 plus which we don't thanks to our new account
